[Firebird-net-provider] Named parameters rework

Hello:

I have commited a fix into the CVS that reworks the named parameters 
extraction for try to solve the problems reported with '@' that inline 
in the sql command text.

Will be nice if anybody can give a try to them :) and report problems.

If there are people interested on test it i can send him/her a binary 
version of the CVS sources.
