[Firebird-net-provider] Firebird Event implementation question

Hello:

I'm thinking on remove the actual implementation the Firebird Events 
from 1.6 sources.

This is the only thing that i'm sure it's not working properly at this 
moment ( even in 1.5 ), and i want to remove the code until i got time 
for doing a complete rewrite but i want to know opinions before do it :)
