[Firebird-net-provider] Pool handling question

Hello:

I was reading the documentation of the SqlConnection class, in the .NET 
Framework 1.2, and it has two new static methods:

	void ClearPools()
	void ClearPool(SqlConnection connection)

As these methods are going to be needed in the Firebird .NET Data 
Provider i'm thinking on implement them, at least in 1.6 sources.

Opinions are wellcome!!
