[Firebird-net-provider] MSVCR70.dll II

Hello, I have a problem with the installation of the
FirebirdNETProvider1.5-RC1-NET1.1.
At the end of the installation it wants to make registrations with a
msvcr70.dll.
I have however a higher version of this file by the installation of the NET
Frameworks 1.1 (inclusive SDK).
How can I accomplish now the registrations manually and which files would
have I to register?
