In first place no, can you send a test case ??, the only thing that you 
need to have in mind when using implicit transactions is that the 
transaction is not committed until the command is disposed.

I will try to make a test using the AS3AP test suite tomorrow ( this can 
do a variable number of inserts and i can modify it for use implicit 
transactions ).
