[Firebird-net-provider] Question about implicit transaction support

Hello:

I'm making some tests using MSDE and SqlClient because i'm thinking on 
make changes to the command builder for generate commands in the same 
way as SqlClient, testing this i have noticed that SqlClient doesn't 
allow to execute commands without a transaction when the connection have 
a pending transaction and i'm thinking on change this in the Firbeird 
Provider for work in the same way, what do you think ??
