Nothing, in the provider i'm using  a call to isc_dsql_sql_info and
seems that this is not working when the delete ( and probably updates
and inserts ) are made inside a stored proc, i have made a test and
using a sp the returned affected rows are 0 and using the DELETE command
as command text are 1.
