[Firebird-net-provider] FBCommand.splitCommandText

FBCommand.splitCommandText splits ; from the command text even if it is
within quotes denoting a string 'dfgdfg;fdg'.


The splitCommandText should check whether the semicolon is between quotes or
not.
I am unable to insert any string with a ; into the database.

Any workarounds?
