[Firebird-net-provider] NET Provider, stored procedures

Ok Carlos,

You're problably getting sick of me by now.  The method finally executed =
without an error, but it did not put any data into the database.  Also i =
try to call commit after the call to the database and it gives me an =
error saying its busy, open, fetching.
