[Firebird-net-provider] Where to place documentation comments ( for 1.5 sources )

Hello:


At this moment the 1.5 sources that i have in my local tree doesn't have 
documentation comments. i'm thinking where to place it:

	1- In source files.

	2- In external files ( as in 1.0 and 1.1 versions )


Both have godd and bad things, comments and ideas are wellcome!! :)
