Latest version of the script in the CVS it's working for me now, you 
need to configure the config file of nant ( in the bin directory of nant 
installation ) for use the mono-0.25 release, add mono lib directory to 
the path, open a msdos console, go to the net-provider directory, 
execute monobasepath.bat file and type:

nant -f:firebirdnetprovider_mono.build.win32
