[Firebird-net-provider] FirebirdNetProvider + Mono + Win32

Dear All,

I just started my next try to get the NetProvider running.

I downloaded and installed newest Mono 0.25, works fine.

I downloaded FirebirdNETProvider1.1-Alpha2.exe, which
didn't help as it requires MSFT .NET

I downlaoded FirebirdNETProvider1.1-Alpha2-Src.zip, and 
realized that it needed Cygwin to make.

So my question is:

Is Cygwin also needed to use FirebirdNETProvider on Mono/Win32?

If this is not the case, can somebody volunteer a compiled
FirebirdNETProvider1.1-Alpha2? Also it would be nice, if a 
correct link to the compiled dll be sent to the maintainer of
http://go-mono.com/tutorial/html/en/adonet/dbfirebird.html,
so that the quick start example there can be easily followed.
