[Firebird-net-provider] Firebird Events API Implementation

Hello:


I have commited to the CVS, branch "branch-release-1-1", the first 
revision of the Firebird Events API implementation, it's not finished 
yet, i want to make more test and add a new nunit test, but all comments 
and suggestions are welcome :)
