[Firebird-net-provider] RC3

I am trying to connect to Firebird 1.02 running on RedHat 7.3 with VB.NET
and I am getting the following error:
An unhandled exception of type 'System.IO.FileNotFoundException' occurred in
Unknown Module.
 
I first encountered this error with RC2.
 
Any suggestions?
