[Firebird-net-provider] garbage collecting

hi,

this is not bug report, its just question...

why you have there in FbConnectonPoll.CleanUp CG.Collect??? every where 
i was looking for this is said, that GC know best when to collect and 
so... (exact criteria are guarded by microsoft :)

i think, that you have to force garbage collection only in case, that 
you have to dispose expensive resources and i think, that it is better 
to call dispose and make object not reincarnable...

just question for discussion not bug...
