But this is a implementation of the protocol or it uses the Firebird 
client dll ??

Ok, but i think the only way for see this is on Firebird Sources, i´m 
interested on add some things to the C# GDS implementation, but my 
knowledge of C/C++ is not great and as i know firebird protocol is 
undocumented :(
