I have updated more changes for make WriteSQLDatum to expect array of 
bytes instead of strings, and i will try to add to FbConnection a new 
internal property for get the correct encoding, anything like this:

private Encoding encoding;

internal Encoding Encoding
{
	get{return encoding;}
}


this will be updated on FbConnection.Open.
