With MS ODBC Test application yo can do it, and i´m not sure but as i 
remember OpenOffice make this call, i can view it if you want, 
SQL_ROWSET_SIZE is described in the SQLSetStmtOption/SQLGetStmtOption and 
calls to this have to be mapped to SQLSetStmtAttr/SQLGetStmtAttr in ODBC 3.x 
drivers
