[Firebird-odbc-devel] SQLSpecialColumns

Hello:

Two questions about SQLSpecialColumns:

1. The File IscSpecialColumnsResultSet.cpp don´t have the license 
information

2. The line 10 of the SQL statment don´t have the comma

It should be:

	"\ti.rdb$index_id,\n"		//10
