[Firebird-odbc-devel] Little fix for OdbcStatement::sqlBindCol

Hello:

I have another little fix for the driver, the driver return invalid results 
for character data in random records/fields:

OdbcStatement.cpp

1. Add this sqlBindCol at line 370

	binding->dataOffset = 0;
