No.. actually this is not a real bug fix. It semms to fix some 
misbehaviour of the driver in a special case, but :
please do NOT use this proposed fix of me.
I discussed this with Robert Milharcic and we came to the result, that 
this is not a good idea (this means he showed me that this is not very 
clever ..)
