[Firebird-odbc-devel] Bug report: RPM package isc_config permissions problem

The FirebirdSS-1.0.0.796 rpm package installs /opt/interbase/isc_config as
rw-r----- (chmod 540).

The isql utility attempts to read this file on startup, but cannot, because
it is not world-readable, which results in an error in interbase.log.
