[Firebird-docs] Merging firebird-docs into firebird-devel?

The firebird-docs list sees hardly any traffic at all. I think it might 
make sense to "retire" the current SourceForge list and use 
firebird-devel instead. What do you think?

The alternative is to migrate this list to Google Groups as well.
