  Fix propagation of include pattern and dirty detection

The fix is a bit hackish, but I can't see a cleaner route while still working along with the task for the asciidoctor-gradle plugin.

Also fixed issue where the task ignored the asciidoctorj config, and thus used the wrong version of asciidoctor-pdf
