[Firebird-docs] Pull Request: Updated link to new Git repository in doc history

Hi,

I have added a pull request "Updated link to new Git repository in doc history."

Since we moved the repository from CVS, we should adjust the paths. I think a link to the commits list would be best.

If this is OK, I will take over the changes for German docs too.
