Stack Overflow is not "support", and just assuming you can direct people 
to SO and expect them to magically get help is not how Stack Overflow works.

Some of the questions being asked on Stack Overflow are already really 
bad quality, and just telling people that SO is the support option for 
Firebird will only make it worse.
