When setting a null to a parameter, provider crashes with "Parameter type is unknown."
As far as I understand the reason for this is an unnecessary preprocessor exclusion at line 412 in FbParameter.cs:

				case TypeCode.DBNull:
#endif

TypeCode.DBNull is part of netstandard
