[Firebird-net-provider] Zlib library

Other topic to think about. The compression is Firebird is based on zlib compression. That one is not in the framework. So unless somebody contributes solid and proven implementation, when and if the compression will make it to master, I'd have to introduce dependency. Maybe some sort of optional. 

I successfully tested zlib from Ionic and SharpZipLib libraries.
