Thanks for the TOC. To summarize, this is the chapter list. In the
days/weeks to come we'll have to decide which ones are going to be
converted and updated first. I think chapters 4, 5, and 9 make good

In the translations it's already "IBPhoenix Editors". I hadn't changed
the English version yet because there were more alterations to be made
(and still are). But as I probably won't find the time for those soon,
I've now changed the authorname in the XML, HTML and PDF.
