[Firebird-docs] CREATE USER in FB 1.51?

Hi!

Is it possible to create a user in FB using SQL statements? I´d like to 
be able to create users from JSP or PHP applications. I was unable to 
find anything useful about this topic on the net.
Does there exist any really good and complete documentation for FB 1.51, 
or do I have to use the InterBase 6.0 docs?
