The API hasn't changed - it's still the same C API.  The doc is still the 
IB6 APIGuide.pdf, which you can get from www.ibphoenix.com 
(Downloads/InterBase) or by googling for APIGuide.pdf

btw, this channel is actually for people developing documentation...
