Michael Gloegl. His last message on the subject dates from 24 Feb:

  A little status report from me: I have finished my tests yesterday,
  and have made some drafts on how to organize the SQL reference I
  intend to write. I will work some on it in the next days, and hope
  to be able to present you an initial version around friday.

Michael, if you're reading this, can you tell us how things are now?
