[Firebird-docs] Writing Guide

I've managed to import the 'Writing Guide' into Corel Ventura and map 
most of the XML tags. It worked pretty smoothly. With this we can do 
some professional publishing of the Firebird docs. You can find the 
draft document at firebird.methyl.ca

There are still a few issues, mostly getting the spacing for the XML 
examples to import correctly, but worst case is manually correcting it. 
Anyway, let me know if you like this direction.
