No problem. I ran a French Firebird installer once and I think it
was the same there. Most people skip those documents anyway and a
translated license text wouldn't have any legal validity.

Since this is not documentation I can't place it myself, but I've
emailed the webmaster of the official Firebird site. Maybe he'll
contact you directly or maybe you'll hear from me again.
