I think the way we use the navigation icons is a bit weird: the
upward-pointing triangle is used to jump to the topmost T.o.C., and
the one that looks like a sheet of paper with lines on it is used to
go one level up. I think it should be the other way round, especially
if you look at how the other triangles are used (next - previous).

Any ideas?
