[Firebird-docs] Howtos committed

Hello all,

Yesterday afternoon I've added the Docbuilding Howto and the
Docwriting Howto to the manual module. I've also committed the
improved firebirddocs.css stylesheet and removed the obsolete
images in src/docs/images/callouts
