Hello to all

Please I see examples directory, but I don't see an sample with tcp/ip 
conection. I need information for it. For Firebird ( the best database 
c/s ) and c with gnu/gpl project. Please where can I get docs and 
samples for ibase.h api or/and gds.h header file ? and gpre ? Or other 
languaje/compiler free for create a binary files in gnu plataforms with 
more dococuments..
