It's complete now.

One concern I have is that the DocBook stuff makes it very bulky. But
we need it, because without this knowledge people just can't write
docs. I've been thinking that maybe I should put all the DocBook
sections in a separate Howto. That would make the Docwriting Howto
simpler, but it would raise the number of Howtos to read to three...

Not sure which is the best choice here. Your opinions are welcome.
