[Firebird-docs] Reserved Words

Not being able to find a complete list, I have taken the old 
interbase one and updated it to cover FB1.5 and my available 
info on SQL99 ( I've added a SQL99 column in addition to the 
SQL92 one).

First - since it has had some major work, is there any 
problem in my 'publishing' it - given that the origin was 
the interbase document - which copies other 'standards' 
documents.

Second - If there is not, where can I put this for general 
use. ( I expect that it will need further corrections, but 
it's accurate to the info I have :) )
