I'm afraid you're gonna have to write it yourself ;-)

If it exists however, it would be a great starting point for a
Firebird SQL Reference. Myself I've been thinking of setting up a
Firebird DB where I can put all the information for the Firebird API
Reference. Once everything's in the DB I could generate the XML docs
automatically (well, first I'd have to write the XML generator :-))
