[Firebird-docs] Need Howto on writing Docs

Hello.  I have been using the ODBC driver and would like a help file to
explain basics, so I volunteered some time to create one. Then I stumbled
into this NG as I should probably make sure what ever I come up with is in a
standard format. So, where can I get specific details on where to start.
