I worry there is no such document. If you have trouble to install FB 
there, try latest install script for FB 1.5 RC7 (CS+SS tar.gz package). 
This script should also reveal all necessary steps to install both, CS 
and SS (well, with slight differences to FB 1.0.x - def. location and few 
filenames)
