[Firebird-docs] ATTN Tilo: Do we have the right to use the Borland docs?

Hello Tilo, or anybody else who knows about this,

The Firebird Documentation Project, afaict, consists of converting the
Borland docs to XML. So I always assumed that these docs are part of
the Open Source license, and we can use them to base future Firebird
docs on.

But now the question has arisen (on the mailing list of the Firebird
SQL Foundation) whether we can really legally do this. Helen Borrie
told you might have contacted Borland about this, and maybe obtained
permission.

I'd like to help converting some of the docs, but I want to be sure my
time isn't wasted. Hope you can clear things up.
