[Firebird-docs] What's going on?

This list seems to be blank, except for spam and incorrectly placed messages
asking for support.

Where can I view the documentation that has been created?

I'd like to read it, and make suggestions, but I can't find it, except in
docbook format, and I don't know how to work with that.
