[Firebird-docs] State of the Firebird docs

Hi all,
last year David Jencks did a basic framework (with Docbook XML) for the
Firebird documentation. I enhanced it a bit and also committed the first
chapter from the Data Definition Guide, which was a simple conversion from
the old IB .pdf files. I then stopped the conversion due to potential
copyright problems.
So, are there any plans to complete these docs? If yes how? A conversion
from the old IB 6 beta docs?
