[Firebird-docs] Where is SqlRef.hlp?

Hi,

We've got Firebird 1.0. There is a shortcut in C:\Program Files\Firebird\BACKUP 
to "C:\Program Files\Firebird\bin\SqlRef.hlp", but there is no such file. Why 
not? I would like an SQL ref. Can someone point me to a URL for this?
