[Firebird-docs] Getting Started docs

I am brand new to Firebird. I have a good knowledge of DBs but I can't find
basic documentation on using the DB. I ran the installer (win32) and have
ibguard and ibserver running. Can someone point me to some basic
documentation about connecting, the ODBC driver, and general usage.
