[Firebird-docs] I'd like to commit the docbook package

Hi,

It appears that the logo wars will continue into the summer.  In the
interests of getting this project moving I plan to commit the doc framework
to cvs as a "manual" subproject using the logo from the sourceforge
firebird website and triangular buttons.  If there are no objections I will
try to do this friday or saturday.  Remember, the docbook stuff is very
flexible, we can change the logo easily.
