[Firebird-net-provider] Structs

Hi *,

Anybody feels like giving me reason why not to make FbTransactionOptions, FbDatabasesInfo and FbServerConfig classes? I don't see a single reason to have struct here. In fact quite contrary. OK, maybe the FbTransactionOptions could make it.
