OK, so this is not a way. Not only the "resolver" is not acessible it's also DbConfiguration related not DbMigrationsConfiguration.

Maybe it's good idea to have FbMigrationSqlGenerator with interface parameter like IFbIdentityGenerator in ctor for handling identities and use default one when no such is provided.
